I want to be able to make comments within my doc and tag users or emails to review the comment.

For users & non users of my workspace, I want to have an email send to the collaborator with the context of my comment and any additional instructions I provide.

Furthermore, I'd like the collaborator to be able to respond to my comment via the email & have it show up within my Grantable file comment thread.
